Each year, the Mid-Atlantic Grain Fair & the Grain Conference celebrate the people and partnerships that are driving a more resilient and equitable regional food system. Join farmers, millers, maltsters, bakers, brewers, distillers, cooks, and consumers for two days of practical learning, community connection, and inspiration — from soil to sourdough, malt to market, and everything in between.
