Elephant Garlic

Elephant Garlic isn’t a true garlic, rather, it is more closely related to a Leek. It has sweet flavor that tastes somewhere between onion and garlic. Elephant garlic stores for 10 months.

Our elephant garlic is pre separated out into its massive cloves. Each bulb will produce 3-4 cloves.
