Vinter Hairy Vetch

• Seed & biomass is toxic to horses
• Fast growing, winter-annual legume
• Produces hard seed; control plant before seed set; do not seed into small grains if harvesting for marketable grain as seed is difficult to separate
• Inoculate with Exceed Pea/Vetch/Lentil/Faba
• Available in September 2025

Seeding

20-30 lbs/acre at 1/2″ to 1″ deep. Drill or increase rate to broadcast seed.
