RISEUP SEED TREATMENT

All Blue River Organic and Viking Non-GMO corn for organic farmers will be coated with RiseUp, our label for organic-compliant seed treatments that promote strong emergence, early vigor, and robust development that leads to highly productive plants.

What’s Included

For the current planting season, any of the following treatments (usually two or three) could be on your RiseUp-treated seed corn. Information about which ones are on your seed will be on the back of each bag tag. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to specify which treatment will be on your seed in advance. All products used in the RiseUp base treatment are OMRI listed without restriction.

LARISE PRIME
LALRISE® PRIME contains spores of a carefully-selected strain of endomycorrhiza that are bio-encapsulated for on-seed survival. This mycorrhiza has consistently been shown to improve stand establishment, nutrient & moisture uptake, drought tolerance, growth, and yield.
LARISE START SC
LALRISE® START SC is developed from a plant-growth-promoting microbe (Bacillus velezensis). In trials, this product has consistently improved the early-season growth of seed and seedlings, and enhanced the growth, yield, and quality of grain and forage.
Seedworx Fortiflo Organic
Seedworx™ Fortiflo Organic is an OMRI-listed seed coating engineered to keep more of your organic treatment package locked onto every seed. Its formulation creates a uniform and low-dust film that protects through handling, storage, and planting, all while maintaining smooth seed flow.
SoilBiotics Seed Start 200
SoilBiotics® Seed Start 200 is a humic acid seed treatment combined with a blend of living, breathing microorganisms. It improves cold germination, seedling emergence and growth rate, immunity to biotic and abiotic stress, and the development of the root system and its microbiome.
SabrEx Root Inoculant
SabrEx™ Root Inoculant is a proprietary blend of trichoderma and mycorrhizal fungi that aids in plant rooting, nutrient and water uptake.
SoilBiotics 1r
SoilBiotics® 1r is a humic acid product derived from mined Leonardite. It is formulated to improve nutrient uptake, provide better root development, and reduce plant stress.

RiseUp + BioGuard

Are corn-seedling insects and diseases affecting your corn stands? Ask about our RiseUp + BioGuard Custom Seed Treatment (different than RiseUp). Available on certain Blue River organic and Viking non-GMO hybrids, RiseUp + BioGuard is an OMRI-listed (with restrictions) blend of biologicals that has been proven to reduce insect feeding and fungal disease damage, and to improve emergence, root growth, plant stand uniformity, and plant nutrient uptake for season-long health.
