Torn out some buckthorn in my back yard and planted this in its place. We have a lot of turkeys in the area and they were at my house every morning at 8am. It was great. I will be planting again this year. Watered it until it was about 2" then let it be and it really came in thick and nice. To plant I scattered seeds using my hands then raked a light layer of dirt over it. Sprouted very quickly.
